Leveraging extensive experience in artificial grass and plastics processing, XGrass playground and landscape thatch fibers use an all-virgin homopolymer polypropylene material and an inline texturing process to reduce flattening, enhance safety, and improve aesthetics.
Manufactured in Dalton, Georgia—known as the "Carpet Capital of the World"—XGrass fibers are produced using advanced German-engineered Oerlikon Barmag machinery.
